Public alpha policy · Effective July 25, 2026

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account during the public alpha. By joining, you confirm that your account information is accurate and that you are responsible for activity under your login.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant The 8 Space the limited permission needed to host, display, back up, moderate, and transmit that content as part of operating the service.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, malicious code, rights violations, or conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

Accounts or content may be restricted or removed to protect members, comply with law, maintain service integrity, or enforce these terms. Alpha features may change, break, or be withdrawn.

The service is provided as available during alpha without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.

Continued use after a clearly posted terms update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be announced through the service.
